近年來人手一隻上網智慧手機，很多網站都可匿名登入，結果是包括一些屁孩、無腦人、正義魔人、想做直銷的、詐騙集團等等人馬，都在裡面。
可想而知網路霸凌、詐騙等等壞事也是很多的。

前一陣子，我在某群組被一個正義魔人挑釁，還故意侵犯了我的個資隱私權，我要求他撤回留言，不然要告他。這個對話期間還有其他幾個我不想搭理的正義魔人竟然也進來自以為是的發言攻擊我，我始終沒想回應，因為不需要為那些人浪費我的時間。但是也同時可以看到平常以為還行的「好人」其實也沒有多好，原來多少也有正義魔人的傾向。

生氣了幾天。

自我檢討了一下，我想網路上還是少發言比較好。我們想留言分享，看看是否可以提供他人一點幫忙，但同時卻可能有人曲解你，説你是錯的，扣你一堆帽子以顯示他很厲害。遇到這類事情，秀才遇到兵，想想算了，不想講了。

所以也就與志同道合的同事就自己拉了 RG-58 電纜線，自己接 BNC 接頭與網路卡，使用 486 電腦，跑 Windows 2.0 或 Windows 95 與 ServU 與 網站伺服器程式，就試架網站了。
